1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The minimum age of 21 applies to all Players on rkk55 without exception.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibited-player register maintained by rkk55 or any associated responsible gaming program.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of rkk55 or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or software providers.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal disability or under guardianship are not eligible to register.
6. You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you are required to register a personal Account on the rkk55 platform. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

1. One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rkk55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify rkk55 immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
4. Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, nor may you use the Account of any other person.
5. Contact Updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. rkk55 may send important notices regarding your Account, promotions, or changes to these Terms to the contact details you have provided. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to receive communications or to recover your Account in the event of access difficulties.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rkk55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of Players, prevent fraud and money laundering, and comply with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be triggered:

• Upon a Player's first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative withdrawals or deposits exceed designated thresholds as determined by rkk55 from time to time.
• At the Platform's discretion at any point during the Account lifecycle where suspicious activity is detected.
• Upon a Player's request for account closure or self-exclusion.

During KYC, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of banking app, e-wallet profile, or front-of-card image where applicable).

rkk55 will process submitted KYC documents within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. rkk55 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. rkk55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian Players: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rkk55 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rkk55 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. rkk55 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with or without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. rkk55 processes withdrawal requests during support hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Typical processing time is 1–3 hours during operational hours, though rkk55 does not guarantee this timeline in all circumstances.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Account must have successfully passed KYC verification; (b) the full deposit amount must have been wagered at least once on real-money games; (c) any Bonus Funds credited to the Account must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements unless the bonus has been forfeited; and (d) the Account must not be under investigation for suspicious activity.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on rkk55 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rkk55 does not offer multi-currency accounts at this time. The Platform is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from any third-party payment intermediary.

5.6 Refused Transactions. rkk55 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction if it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, rkk55 may freeze the Account and refer the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rkk55 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable Wagering Requirement is displayed on each promotion page.
2. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and do not form part of the withdrawable real-money Balance until the Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
3. rkk55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and being actively wagered will remain valid under its original terms until expiry.
4. Only one bonus may be active at a time per Account unless the promotion page expressly states that stacking is permitted. Claiming a second bonus before the first has expired or been forfeited may result in cancellation of both bonuses.
5. Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or sold. Accounts found to be colluding for the purpose of bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.
6. rkk55 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting a bonus to an Account that has not yet completed KYC. Bonuses will not expire during the period that verification is pending, provided the Player has submitted the required documents in good faith.
7. Specific game contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Slot titles typically contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified on the relevant promotion page. Togel draws and scratch cards may have separate contribution rates.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules. All games available on rkk55 are governed by the specific rules published on the game interface or within the relevant game studio's documentation. In the event of any conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account, payment, and conduct matters; the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to payout calculations, void-bet criteria, and draw outcomes.

7.2 Sportsbook & Live Betting. All sports bets, including mix parlay (accumulator) wagers and live in-play bets, are subject to rkk55's published sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform. rkk55 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, or events outside the scope of the applicable betting rules.

7.3 Togel Draws. Togel draw results are determined by official draw data from verified sources. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the official draw result, the official draw result shall prevail. rkk55 is not responsible for delays in result publication caused by the draw operator.

7.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, rkk55 will use server-side logs to determine the outcome at the point of failure. If a fair determination cannot be made, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. rkk55 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's own internet connectivity issues.

7.5 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect payout display, a software bug that awards winnings not intended by the game design, or an odds feed error — rkk55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. rkk55 is not obligated to honor winnings arising from manifest errors.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the rkk55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profits or exploit bonus terms collectively.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or manifest errors for financial gain, even where the error was not intentionally created by the Player.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and using technical means (VPN, proxy, or otherwise) to disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rkk55 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Platform's source code, game logic, or security systems.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rkk55 platform — including but not limited to the rkk55 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of rkk55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of rkk55.

Game content displayed on the Platform, including slot graphics, live dealer environments, and table game designs, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) and is used by rkk55 under valid licensing agreements.

10 Privacy & Data

rkk55 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

rkk55 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is not sold to third parties. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rkk55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its Services.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rkk55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if rkk55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 rkk55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 rkk55 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's own gambling decisions, misinterpretation of game rules, reliance on third-party tips or prediction services, or any losses arising from gambling with funds the Player cannot afford to lose. 11.5 rkk55 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from causes beyond rkk55's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, power failures, third-party network outages, or force majeure events.

12 Amendments to These Terms

rkk55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rkk55 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the email address associated with each Account. The revised Terms will display a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

rkk55 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a Player.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. rkk55 operates as a Licensed and Regulated Internationally platform. The Platform does not make any representation that it is licensed, approved, or regulated by any Indonesian governmental authority, as online gambling is subject to specific legal restrictions within Indonesia.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether such access is lawful in your jurisdiction. rkk55 expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's failure to comply with local laws applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits rkk55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
